After graduating from the Vienna Conservatory and the prestigious University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, Florian Zviauer made his debut in 1969 by winning the International Youth Music Competition, the gateway to young musicians. In 1974 he formed the Franz Schubert Quartet.In the first year of formation, he suddenly won the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) International String Quartet Competition.He created a sensation and was invited to famous halls and festivals all over the world with great success. In 1, he won second place at the roaring Mozart International Competition and proved to be an excellent soloist.After that, he was active in his quartet, and also performed with many major orchestras. In 1978, he became the concertmaster of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra.Wolfgang Sawallisch and Yakov Kreizberg, top-notch maestro and his friends, are highly regarded as indispensable to the orchestra.He is also praised by leading contemporary conductors Fabio Luisi, Georges Prêtre and Lawrence Foster.Currently, he is also working hard to guide his younger generation.He was a professor at the Vienna Private College of Music and Arts (formerly the Vienna Conservatorium Private College of Music) and was awarded the prestigious professor's award by the President in 2.His outstanding lessons are known for his visible progress as he works with his students to identify what is needed and what is missing, and to take advantage of it.It is also attractive that he can experience the traditional Viennese playing style with beautiful tones.
