Professor Frank Forst, a solo bassoonist who co-stars with top-notch orchestras and teaches at the Weimar Franz Liszt College of Music, is looking for a motivated young man.
Professor Frank Forst is a talented active player with a career of being selected as a solo bassoonist of the Berlin Symphony Orchestra at the young age of 23. He has won the Prague Spring International Music Festival and has performed with many leading orchestras including the Berlin Symphony Orchestra and the Bremen Philharmonic Orchestra. Currently, he is active in the indoor orchestra, Camerata Salzburg, while newly forming the Zoristen Ensemble Berlin, and he is energetically continuing his activities as an active player in Bali Bali. He was also highly evaluated for his ability as a leader, and was officially appointed as a professor at the Weimar National Franz Liszt Conservatory of Music in 2003.Now, he is trying to teach aspiring young people, regardless of professional or amateur, the first-class bassoon. Professor Frank Forst teaches the Klaus-Tunnemann style of playing, which is one of the major trends in the bassoon world. The teaching method is not uniform, and the feature is that the instruction is focused on each student. If you reach intermediate level or above, you will be able to learn even the expressions that the professor has learned so far. So far, two professional orchestra members have been produced from the first three years of lessons, and professionals have been produced one after another.
