International vibe / marimba virtuoso David Friedman will teach you privately.
Known as an international vibraphone / marimba player, David Friedman has worked with musicians from all walks of life to create creative music.Not to mention jazz giants such as Bobby McFerrin, a jazz singer who won the Grammy Award 10 times, Wayne Shorter, a soprano sax player who represents modern jazz, and Horace Silver, a leading figure in funky jazz piano. He has performed with leading musicians such as classical master conductor Bernstein and composer Luciano Verio, a pioneer of electronic music.His performance, which features a transparent European sound, can be heard on many CDs.The most recommended of these is the masterpiece "Double Image," which is said to be the gold standard of the marimba world.The marimba duo album was released on the ECM label in 1977 and was so popular that it was reprinted on the Enya label and is still popular, with a recent reprint on Ward Record.Once you listen to it, you'll want to learn it.Currently, he is also focusing on teaching as a professor at the Jazz Institute Berlin, which was formed by integrating the jazz departments of two prestigious schools, the Berlin University of the Arts and the Hans Eisler College of Music.
