Professor Mikhail, who studied at the Moscow Conservatory with the 20th century master David Oistrakh, is a Russian celebrity who has been active as a soloist and concertmaster of the chamber orchestra since the former Soviet era.He has won prizes in many competitions, including the All-Russian Music Competition, where Russian transcendental players gather, the Liszt Bartok International Competition, and the Valentino Bucchi International Competition.Awarded the title of Russian Honorary Artist, from 1989 to 2006 he was the first violin of the National Tchaikovsky String Quartet, an ensemble that inherits Russia's highest traditions.At the same time, no one in the Russian music world knows his name as a solo player of the Russian National Orchestra, led by Mikhail Pletnev, for four years from 1990. Since 4, he has been a professor at the Moscow Conservatory.Many of the students who studied under him have won prizes in international competitions and are active in Europe as performers and professors and lecturers at the Conservatory.Professor Mikhail has a unique teaching method that has produced many excellent players.The feature is to emphasize classical songs and incorporate basic practice as needed.Also, as a judge, he is familiar with the inside and outside of the competition, and he is also good at lessons in preparing for the competition.
