Francis Duroy, born in Paris, studied piano, violin, French horn, chamber music, etc. at the Conservatoire de Saint Mole from the age of eight. He majored in violin at the National High Conservatory of Music in Brussels, Belgium, and studied abroad at the Banff School of the Arts in Canada as a scholarship student. Under the guidance of prominent leaders, he refined his musicality and technique. In 8, he was appointed as a soloist of the Lyon National Opera Orchestra, and from 86, he became a concertmaster of the French National Lyon Orchestra. I have steadily built up a professional career. From 89, he was invited to famous halls around the world, including Japan and South Korea, and started his activities as a concert artist. His repertoire ranges from baroque to contemporary music, and his passion and delicacy continue to captivate the audience. "With his outstanding skills, he delicately attacks the outline of the melody and shapes it with a big soul," critics praised. Francis Duroy, who has gained experience as an educator as well as a career as a performer, is also active in teaching younger generations as a professor at the Lyon Conservatory of Music. He is also the founder and artistic director of the Musicalta Festival, a major French music festival.
