Catherine Fleming has three faces and builds a career while enhancing each other.The first is a career as a recorder player.After earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Hull, he completed a master's degree at the Guildhall School of Music and has been invited to music festivals around the world on many stages.The second is the face of a music teacher.He is a recorder professor at the Guildhall School of Music and teaches at Eton College and Marlboro College.Before the exam, we will also hold a music theory exam preparation lesson.And the third is the face of the Alexander Technique instructor.The Alexander Technique, which has been widely adopted by musicians, theater directors, and athletes, is a technique that balances the mind and body, which has been proven to be effective in British medical journals.It is a technology that improves performance by noticing unnecessary tension in the mind and body, learning skills to release it, and handling one's mind and body freely. With one-on-one lessons, you can free your mind and body, improve your balance and create a relaxed state.Many musicians use it for good performances.Recommended for people with performance anxiety, upper body pain, excessive tension, posture problems, and breathing problems!
