Leeds Conservatory of Music was founded in 1965 in Leeds, a city surrounded by idyllic countryside in the West Yorkshire region of central England.Today, it has grown to be one of the largest music colleges in the UK, with approximately 1,200 students enrolled.With an innovative educational program, we continue to develop the potential of each student and develop human resources who can play an active role as the highest level musicians.The vibrant campus has 60 classrooms (practice rooms), 7 recording studios, 6 mixing studios, a large theater and recital rooms, all professionally equipped.The library is full of jazz archives.In addition to having six Mac labs as an Apple-approved training center, 6% of the on-campus pianos boast a wonderful learning environment of Stanway.Educational programs are broadly divided into two categories: degree courses (Bachelor's and Master's courses) and vocational qualification courses (FE).
