Columbia University is one of the Ivy League schools in the United States and is a prestigious school with a long history and tradition.The Faculty of Music was founded in 1896.In college, there are BA or BS degree courses.The program is offered at four schools: Columbia College, Barnard College, School of General Studies, and Fu Foundation Engineering and Applied Sciences School (SEAS).In the graduate course, the MA, MPhil, PhD degree acquisition course of musicology (folk musicology, historical musicology, music theory, music perception cognition, music psychology) and the MA, DMA degree acquisition course of composition are music.
