The Khan Conservatoire dates back to 1830. It was recognized as a public music school in 1908 and as an affiliate of the National Conservatory of Music in Paris in 1948. It became a local conservatory in 1978, and built a school building at its current address in 1984. Since 2003, it has been positioned as the National Conservatory of Music (CRR) in Khan City and the surrounding municipal communities.Today, as a youthful student city, the city continues to grow.The facility is equipped with 46 lesson rooms, 15 practice studios, 2 audiovisual halls, 3 dance halls and a library.We have a privileged environment for learning music.Currently, there are 6 and 1,650 instructors from 105 years old to students aiming to become professionals.We offer 39 courses in music and dance.
The course is roughly divided into three courses.The first course aims to introduce music, the second course aims to deepen the understanding of music, and the third course aims to obtain a certificate of completion of musicology (CFEM: Music Research Qualification Certificate).We also offer specialized courses aimed at graduation diplomas (DEMs: Music Research Qualifications) and advanced courses for DEM holders.The vocal music major learns chants and songs, and also challenges the competition.The instrumental music major studies performance, science, music culture, ensembles, and more.Jazz & Improvisation includes classes on harmony, music analysis, jazz history, improvisation, and repertoire exercises.In addition, the lecture subjects common to each course include music culture including music history and music analysis, eclecture including harmony, counterpoint, composition, and hearing enhancement, piano accompaniment, music information processing and technology.
Students participate in music activities such as chorus (female voice, male voice, mixed chorus), chamber music, orchestra. We hold about 1 events such as concerts a year, so you will be able to acquire a strong ability in the actual performance.One of the attractions of the school is that you can play with the Khan Orchestra and short-term music groups.
