■ General school information ■

The Annecy Conservatory of Music was accredited by the National Conservatory of Music (CRR) in 2004.The school building is a beautiful building built as a bishop's hall in the 18th century, and the interior renovation was completed in 2002.We have created an environment where you can practice comfortably.
Except for infants, the course consists of three major courses.This is the first course for elementary school students and above, the first course for introductory level, the second course for junior high school students and above, and the second course for basic level, and the third course for high school students and above.In the third course, in the first year, you will choose a certificate of completion (CFEM: Music Research Qualification) or a Diploma of Graduation (DEM: Music Research Qualification), that is, whether you are an amateur or a professional.
From 2010, a professional training course (CEPI) to obtain the National Vocational Guidance Qualification (DNOP) will be added.Diplomas will meet more international standards.It will be effective for going on to a higher music school, studying abroad at a music university overseas, and getting a job.
Majors include voice, wind, string, guitar, harp, celtic harp, piano, percussion, organ, harpsichord, and ancient instruments.Related subjects include solfege, bass, accompaniment, first-time performance, music analysis, movie music analysis, music history, ecriture, composition, orchestration, recording technology, and music information processing.Ensembles are diverse, including level-based orchestras, orchestra conductors, chorus conductors, choruses, ensemble, guitars, wind instruments, percussion instruments, chamber music, renaissance, and baroque.In addition, contemporary music such as chanson, rock & reggae vocals, big band vocals, jazz (vocals, piano, brass instruments, guitars, wood basses, basses, electric guitars, drums, groups), big bands, etc. are also available.We also have a wide range of unique classes such as hearing training, jazz history, contemporary music history, Batucada, music information processing, chanson ecriture, guitar accompaniment, arrangements, and acoustic techniques.
