Located in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, Chopin Conservatory is one of the most prestigious national music colleges in the world, also known as Warsaw Conservatory and Chopin Conservatory.It also boasts the oldest tradition in Poland and is known as the largest music academy.Currently, there are about 900 students enrolled, and about 150 talented graduates are sent out to the world music industry every year.Frederick Chopin, who bears the name of the school, studied at this academy for three years from 1826 to 1829.In the turbulent history of Poland, the school was closed several times and the school building was destroyed, but in 3 all majors were allowed to issue diplomas.There are Level 1 (Bachelor's), Level 2 (Master's), and Doctoral programs in the university and graduate programs, and the bachelor's and master's programs are also called the main course.There are fields such as composition / conducting / music theory, piano / chambero / organ, instrumental music, voice, chorus conducting / church music / rhythmic & dance / music education, sound engineering, and instrumental music education studied at Beerwistock School.It is possible to obtain bachelor's and master's degrees in each.You can earn a PhD in a research course that teaches you deeper musical knowledge and skills.
Concert activities as part of education are very active on campus.Every Wednesday, music performances by a wide range of ensembles such as symphony orchestra, chamber music, student opera, oratorio are held.At these concerts, students can gain playing experience and broaden their activities.These are also one of the fun cultural events for Warsaw citizens.
In addition, for students who need to prepare for international competitions and events, and for students who are temporarily ill, the faculty committee plans a personal program for each student.In addition, we have set up an international office for international students to provide personal consultation, from foreign exchange to overseas performances of student orchestras and chamber music ensembles.
