Over 300 concerts and operas are held annually, providing many opportunities to experience real music while still in school. It is part of the student's music training and is an important part of the student life that trains their cultural and artistic flair. The foundation of university music is also characterized by the strong cooperation between Staatskapelle Dresden and the Dresden Philharmonic, which are called the two major orchestras. In addition, in collaboration with the Dresden University of Music, we also hold international opera and violin competitions.Students are given a good opportunity to try out the musical and artistic skills cultivated at the school.
