Goldsmith College originated from the Royal Naval Academy in 1843 and was founded in 1891 as a technical institute. In 1904, he became a member of the University of London and started under the name of Goldsmith College.Currently, there are about 225 students in the university course and about 125 students in the graduate course in the Faculty of Music.The educational environment is in place, with excellent (highest level) evaluations from the Higher Education Examination Organization (QAA).With facilities such as Prokofiev Archive, Russian Music Center, Electronic Music Studio, and Contemporary Music Culture Center, the school is highly regarded as a research institute.In addition to the Royal Festival Hall, Barbican Center, Roundhouse and Ronnie Scott's, the opera house, symphony orchestra and musicals are close to London's music scene.The educational program offers general music centered on Western music, BMus for popular music, and BMus / BSc degree courses for music and computing.For music in general, options in the classical field are available.In popular music, you can receive direct instruction from top artists in ensembles, workshops, master classes, and more. A one-year foundation course is available for international students outside the EU. In preparation for admission to BMus, you can acquire basic academic ability and English ability in music education.In the graduate course, we offer MMus acquisition courses in composition, creative practice, practical performance, and studio composition.In addition, we offer MA acquisition courses in contemporary & popular music, ethnic music, musicology, art management, creative & cultural business.In addition, MPhil / PhD acquisition courses are also available.The feature is that you can choose the degree course that suits you from a wide range of options.
