The Imola International Piano Academy is based in the Rocca Sforzeska (fort) in Imola, Emilia-Romagna, and is particularly well-known for piano education. Rather than receiving guidance from one specially mentioned instructor, "studying under XX sensei," we are aiming for an academy-wide education called "education at the Imola International Piano Academy."The piano course is divided into two courses: a junior course up to 19 years old (Corso Pluriennale) and a main course for 20-26 years old (Corso Triennale / 3 year course, university level). This department provides a curriculum to thoroughly study piano science and methodological expertise so that students can build their careers as concert pianists in the future. The instructors are world-renowned pianists, including Leonid Margarius and Boris Petrushansky. In the fortepiano department, we have a three-year course, up to 2 years old.The focus is on playing and reproducing the works released during the 30 years of 3-1700, taught by Stefano Fiuzzi, on the same instruments as at that time.Other piano instructors include Michel Dalberto (master class), Riccardo Lisa Liti, and musicologist Piero Rattalino.Famous musicians such as Constantine Bogino for chamber music, Marco Di Bari for composition, Pavel Berman for violin, and Giovanni Gnocchi for cello are listed as instructors. ..
In addition, a master class will be held with a well-known active pianist as a temporary lecturer, and students of the school can attend for free.In addition to the piano, there are courses such as chamber music piano, composition & music analysis, and violin. If you wish, you can also take the Level II Diploma course, which is a joint program with the Chesena Conservatory. The Piano Residence (student dormitory) was completed in September 2008, and the environment where you can concentrate on the piano is also in place. The Imola International Academy is the best school for those who want to learn the piano more deeply.
