The Bolzano Conservatory is a historic conservatory founded in 1854 by its predecessor, the Music Education Institution.After that, he continued to study as one of the excellent music institutes, and in 1950, he established an international reputation as a music institute that provides high quality music education.In 1999, it was positioned at the university level in Italy, and we are still focusing on music education in order to produce musicians who can play an active role internationally.For that reason, there are plenty of facilities such as a library and a concert hall.The library has expanded its collection through personal donations, and is fully equipped with an audio system and a personal computer to meet modern needs.At the concert hall "Michelangelo", co-starring with the Haydn Orchestra is sometimes held, and it is loved as a center of music activity not only for the students of the Conservatory but also for the city of Bolzano. ..At the university level (level I) and graduate level (level II) courses (3 years and 2 years each), you can major in musical instruments such as piano, violin, and flute, as well as vocal music and percussion instruments. Will be issued a diploma.It also features a string quartet course in the master class.Quartet courses are popular because there aren't many other courses that you can major in, and you can study four genres: classical, romantic, modern, and contemporary music. During the one-year study period, we train quartet members who can be used anywhere, including not only professional musicians but also theaters, media, and art consultants.The subjects that can be selected in this course are highly specialized, such as quartet history, quartet analysis-composition and musicology, and quartet exercises, so that you can learn quartet deeper and richer.
