Piano / Wiener MusikSeminar / Vienna, Austria

Country: Austria
City: Vienna

Dream teachers led by professors from the world's prestigious schools, the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.

If you want to play classical music, you'll want to attend a class with history and tradition.Piano, vocal, string, and tube subjects are all accepted in the order of application, so you can be sure to take lessons.
April 2024th - May 7th, 24
The Vienna International Music Seminar, which will be held again this year with the full support of Austrian President Heinz Fischer, is a summer seminar on classical music with a long history and tradition.Every year, approximately 250 participants from all over the world gather at the Vienna State University of Music and Music, the venue, to learn authentic classical music while fully experiencing the academic university atmosphere and the culture of the city of Vienna.Majors offered this year include courses in conducting, piano, voice, string instruments, wind instruments, and chamber music. The instructors are world-class instructors, mainly professors from the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, but also professors from top music universities from across Europe and the United States. What's more, I'm happy to know that I can always take a lesson from such an excellent sensei person by accepting applications in the order in which they apply. (This is a very popular course, so if you are interested in a specific Sensei, please contact AndVision as soon as possible.) Instrument lessons are one hour each, four times during one period. For vocal music students, the lessons are up to 1 hours per period, and can be taken 1 to XNUMX times during the period.Instrumental music and vocal music are offered over multiple periods, so you can take lessons from multiple professors, attend many classes, and find out which professor you would like to study in the future.Additionally, you can choose to attend this course with a Japanese interpreter, so even those who are not confident in speaking the language are fine.In addition, andVision will support participants with pre-departure briefings and telephone support from local staff (also available in case of emergencies).AndVision allows you the flexibility of arranging to attend a local German language school during or before the course, or arranging a lesson with a famous Viennese professor who is not teaching at the course at the same time. Why not try learning from sensei, the home of music, this year?
* The Vienna International Music Seminar is in the order of application by applicants, so you can take it without fail. This is a very popular course, so please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to attend.

▽ Competition during the seminar
Students recommended by the professor in charge of the course can participate during the course. Two people from one class are recommended, and it will be a competition that combines all musical instruments and vocal music.
XNUMX) There are no qualifying or final rounds in the competition.
XNUMX) The assignment song will play a program that includes songs from the Viennese classical school (Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, Schubert).Usually, students are more likely to combine this classical program with gorgeous songs from the Romantics onwards.Of course, it doesn't matter if it's a classical song only. You can select a song from the songs you have prepared in consultation with the professor in charge (participation in the competition requires the permission of the professor).
7) The playing time per person is about 10 to XNUMX minutes (the time varies depending on the number of participants). If the song is long or if you play two or more songs, consult with the professor in advance and decide where to stop in about the time. The professor in charge will discontinue during the performance of the competition.
XNUMX) The accompaniment in charge during the course will also be in charge of the accompaniment at the competition (included in the seminar fee).

* And Vision offers free counseling at any time in line with the full-scale long-term study abroad program after the seminar, so please feel free to contact us.
