Cervo, located in the Liguria region of northern Italy, is a small town with a population of over 12 people built on a slope by the sea in the province of Imperia near Sanremo. Cervo can be accessed from Nice in the south of France, Genoa, Italy's largest port city, and Milan. Said to be a place of healing, Cervo is home to olive groves and a calm, warm coastal beach. In addition, in between classes, you can spend some relaxing time visiting the seaside or looking down on the ocean from a vantage point. Visit the area's old churches, palaces and museums, and sample local Ligurian cuisine and seafood dishes. The Cervo International Summer Master Class allows young participants from different national and cultural backgrounds to interact and further increase their musical ideas while inheriting the traditions of European musical culture and internationally renowned performers. Probably. Master classes taught by violin, viola, cello, piano, and chamber music professors are open to everyone from music college students to those who are already active as professionals. In chamber music classes, it is possible to organize lessons not only with established groups but also with groups on-site. There are many opportunities to perform, and XNUMX public concerts by Sensei students and students are scheduled to be held during the period. For the final concert, chamber music will be performed by students in the string class, and the soloists will be selected by each professor. Depending on Sensei, the languages ​​used in the seminar are German, English, and Italian. During your stay, you will share a flat with other students. Staying in Cervo will provide a relaxing environment for Japanese participants due to the warm atmosphere and personality of the residents.

■ Practice room ■

There is a practice room for piano and chamber music only.Other musical instruments can be practiced at the accommodation.

■ Concert Opportunity ■

There will be 12 concerts by students and sensei musicians (chamber music and solos).
*The final concert will be performed by a string orchestra, and in principle, all string instruments will participate.Selected candidates will have the opportunity to perform solo (including piano).
* Public concerts can only be performed by those selected by the professor.

■ Accommodation ■

Flat share (1 to 3 people room, 2 to 7 people will share the flat).No meals, kitchen can be used.
* When you register with the local secretariat, you will be given the accommodation contact information and accommodation key.
* If you wish, we can arrange a hotel separately.
