A master class held in the big city of Brno by Czech top class sensei who are active on TV and CD at concerts.Participation in chamber music groups is also welcome.

This is a seminar held every year by the Czech National Academy of Music Janacek (a school equivalent to a music university or graduate school) located in Brno, the second largest city in the Czech Republic after Prague. The instructors are the highest-ranked sensei teachers in the Czech Republic, who regularly teach at the Janacek Academy of Music. In addition to faculty members, there are also many active musicians who have extensive experience on the international stage, such as active soloists with the Czech National Philharmonic Brno Philharmonic Orchestra and the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. The subjects covered in the seminar are piano, violin, viola, cello, double bass, flute, piccolo, clarinet, oboe, vocal music, and chamber music. Eligible students include music high school/music college students or equivalent level students, music college graduates, active musicians, and people working as music teachers, and there are no age restrictions. During the 10-day period, you will receive five 45-minute private lessons held in a master class format. The chamber music class has XNUMX group lessons, and it is possible for groups to participate. You can also add additional lessons for an additional fee if you wish. For each instrument and vocal master class, please choose with or without piano accompaniment depending on your wishes. The course venue is the Janáček Music Academy, which provides an excellent environment for learning music, including a practice room. You can also access the Academy's library. In addition, there are concerts performed by students every day, providing plenty of opportunities to gain real-world experience. The accommodation will be in the student dormitory of the Czech National Academy of Music Janacek. You can also enjoy a tour of the Janacek Museum, which has many attractions, a tour of Brno, and a visit to the nearby castle.
