This 15-day course is held in Vaison-la-Romeine, a southern French town that is visited by many tourists in the summer.It is intended for advanced amateurs, pitch and music college students who aim to become professionals, and active musicians. With a history of more than 1995 years since 10, students from 20 countries around the world participate in this course, and the major feature of this course is that the students do not burn a sense of competition, but learn through mutual exchange. It would be ideal to exchange experiences with each other.Therefore, in addition to master classes and individual lessons for each instrument (contrabass, cello, violin, piano), the schedule focuses on excerpts of chamber music and orchestra songs, and workshops that are created in cooperation with each other. It has become.In addition, various programs are planned, such as a first-time performance course, an introductory course on old music, and a teaching method workshop for young teachers and those who aim to become teachers. The four instructors are all the leaders on the road.The piano is played by Marilyn Engle and Violin Viola, professors of the Faculty of Music at the University of Calgary, who studied at the Juilliard School and have won numerous international competitions such as the Johann Zebastian Bach International Competition. Marie Christine Martinie-Myron and Cello, who are studying at the Conservatory and taking master classes such as menu-in, are Baroque and contemporary Calgary Phil Chief Philip Hansen and Contrabus.
