Riverpool Institute for Performing Arts (commonly known as LIPA) was founded in 1996.It is known that the undisputed artists Paul McCartney and George Martin have invested and opened the school together with companies and organizations in various industries.Nowadays, the name recognition of the graduates has increased.They have been very successful as engineers, producers and managers as well as musicians, dancers and actors.Behind this is the free creativity and sensibility that I met, learned, and cultivated at LIPA when I was a student. At LIPA, we develop thorough on-site training while accurately grasping the essence of art that changes every day.It is attractive that students from different majors can interact with each other in class.
There are two courses in the music field, Foundation and Bachelor. The one-year foundation course offers a certificate of completion in three majors in Performing Arts (Acting & Musical Theater, Commercial Dance, Popular Music and Sound Technology).The bachelor's degree offers BA (Hons) degree courses in eight majors, including music, drama, and sound technology.
LIPA holds more than 120 events each year.One of the features is that public performances that create the stage are held 30 times a year.You will always be able to experience the scenes that produce various genres of art, such as live performances, musicals, contemporary drama, and butoh.It will be nice to be able to realize the spirit of a performer, producer, and engineer on a genuine and genuine stage that is no longer a place for presentation.One of the greatest attractions of LIPA is that many students can gain various experiences through the stage that many fans are looking forward to.
