If you're passionate about music, why are you seeking piano lessons? Are you just looking to improve your technique, or are you looking for something deeper?
To be a true musician is not just about playing music exactly as it is written. It is about expressing your innermost feelings and touching the souls of those who listen to you through the universal language of music. Many piano lessons tend to focus on the technical aspects, but what is really important is to understand the essence of music and sublimate it into your own expression.
And Vision International Music School (AIMS)'s online piano lessons for studying abroad in Germany and Austria are designed to help you realize your pure passion for music. This is because we are a music school whose mission is not just to teach you techniques, but to convey the essence of music.
The person in charge of this piano lesson is Tomoko Sasaki sensei. sensei started playing piano at the age of 3 and built her musical foundation at the Osaka branch of the music school for children attached to the Toho Gakuen School of Music. In 1995, she entered the piano department of the Toho Girls' High School of Music and Music, and had the honor of performing at the graduation concert at the time of her graduation in 1998. She then graduated from the Toho Gakuen School of Music, Music Performance Department, Piano Major, and went on to graduate school at the Nuremberg University of Music in Germany in 2003. In 2006, she obtained her master's degree with the highest honors and earned the German national performer qualification. She also obtained her master's degree with the highest honors from the graduate school of the Mozarteum University of Music in Salzburg, Austria, graduating in 2010. sensei's competition record is also brilliant, and she has won numerous awards, including 4th place at the Viotti Valsesia Musica International Piano Competition in Italy, 1st place at the Florestano Rossomandi International Piano Competition, and 3rd place at the Karl Drechsel International Piano Competition in Germany. While still a student, he gave solo recitals and chamber music performances in Germany, Italy, and Austria, and after returning to Japan in 2011 he has continued to teach the next generation and perform in Tokyo and the Kansai region.
So what makes this one-off piano lesson so special? It's because it's not just technical instruction. It's a rare opportunity to experience the essence of European music culture and receive authentic music education.
Many music schools tend to focus on technical instruction. However, AIMS piano lessons are different. You will learn musical terminology used overseas naturally during actual lessons, and experience authentic music education through lessons in German (up to B1 level) or Japanese. This is a value that you will never get at other music schools.
In this 60-minute one-off lesson, Sasaki Sensei, who is well-versed in piano education in Japan, Germany, and Austria, will customize the lesson content to suit your goals and wishes. We will work together to find solutions to everything from technical issues to worries about expression, and we will also teach you the specific practice methods necessary for studying abroad or competing in a competition.
This opportunity to receive direct instruction from Sensei, who is a certified German national performer, is a valuable opportunity that you can't get anywhere else. Since you can experience lessons in Germany with a Japanese instructor, you can take lessons with peace of mind without worrying about the language. Lessons are conducted according to the student's German level, and if there is anything you don't understand, we will explain it carefully in Japanese each time.
There is no better environment for those taking piano lessons in German for the first time. Anyone with a strong desire can take this class, including those preparing to study abroad, music college and high school students aiming to become professional musicians, music college graduates, and those who are interested in foreign music as a form of cultural education.
The lessons are online, but you can attend the AIMS music school in Ochanomizu, Tokyo. If you live far away or it is inconvenient for you to attend, online lessons are also available, so you can take advantage of this valuable opportunity from anywhere in the country.
